At Treeyaa, we are committed to delivering fresh, Natural vegetables straight from the farm to your doorstep with care and efficiency.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to the following locations:

• List of delivery zones: Chennai, Viluppuram, Hosur
• If you're outside our delivery zone, please contact us to check availability.

2. Delivery Days & Times

• Deliveries are made on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
• Orders are typically delivered between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
• You will receive a delivery reminder the day before and a notification when your delivery is on the way.

3. Order Cut-Off Times

• Orders must be placed by 5:00 PM the day before delivery to qualify for next-day delivery.
• Orders placed after the cut-off will be delivered on the next available delivery day.

4. Shipping Fees

• Free delivery for orders over Rs:500.
• A flat delivery fee of Rs:50 applies to orders below the minimum.
• Fees may vary depending on distance and location.

5. Packaging

• Your vegetables are packed in eco-friendly, reusable, or recyclable packaging.

6. Missed Deliveries

• If no one is available to receive the order, we will Leave it at a safe location (specified at checkout)
• It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery instructions and be available at the delivery time.

7. Delays or Changes

• Weather, traffic, or seasonal availability may impact delivery times.
• We will notify you promptly of any changes or delays.
